Refund Policy

If you are not happy with an item or items you have purchased, please notify Palmco with details of the problem, and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Proof of purchase is required, and we may request more details regarding the cause of the problem or condition of the item(s).This includes photographs and/or inspection by a Palmco employee or representative of our choice.

Palmco does not take responsibility for damage caused by external delivery companies in transit or at time of delivery if contracted by the customer.  If your item(s) is delivered by our own team or by a delivery company contracted by Palmco then all warranties and guarantees apply.
